• The standard Check-in for Hotels is 15:00 hrs. & Check-out at 12:00 hrs.
• Any reduction in the number of adults/child traveling would lead to a revision of the quote.
• Any amendments in the dates of travel or number of passengers will attract a re-quote
• For Visas, Min 05 to 06 Working Days, Except Friday / Saturday and Public Holidays will be needed. Please also note that all visas applied for are subject to the approval of the Immigration Authorities and may be refused without any given reason, all visa charges have to be paid in full at the time of application and the amount is non-refundable.
• Cancellation Policy for Burj Khalifa Ticket: 100% charges apply for Amendments/ Cancellations. Burj Khalifa admission is subject to the time slot availability at the time of actual booking and during the Peak season period usually, slots are sold out.
• If combo packages are amended then the rates will be changed.
• If the hotel/ supplier changes the promotional/ contracted rates then our rates will change.
